director
Tom brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the concrete and civil construction industry. He began his career at 14, developing a strong foundation in the trade before establishing Coleman Civil at 22. Since then, the company has grown into a trusted team known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the region.
Tom remains actively involved in all aspects of the business, from project planning through to on-site execution, ensuring each job meets the company’s standards for quality and reliability. His focus on strong client relationships and building a skilled, cohesive team has played a key role in the company’s growth.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys fishing and camping, often heading off the beaten track to unwind.
